Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Silvaplana

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Carlo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattete.

Posto accogliente e tranquillo. Posizione e vista splendide. A due passi dal centro e dal punto di partenza del battelli. Abbiamo trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Great place! We brought our 2 year old and 2 month old and it was a great place to relax, especially by the private grass area.

Fabio was a great host. He was very proactive, to the point of telling about a train strike the day we were suppose to arrive. He allowed us to get in early and checked in with us several times to make sure we were doing well. This is a great place to stay. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

الموقع جميل وهادئ اطلالة ممتازة على البحيرة. الشقة توحد بها مستلزمات الطبخ .. الاسرة ليست مريحة بعض الشي. لايوجد شامبو او غسول الجسم.. ولا مناديل تنشيف.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Ettore's place was perfect for my wife and me! It matched the description well and was very clean. It is perfectly located right by the Varenna square and a short walk down to the water. Ettore picked us up off of the train and helped us get settled. Upon check-out we walked to the train station which is about 10-minutes away. The best part of the apartment is its location. Out the front door there is an excellent restaurant (Il Cavitappi) and wine shop (In Vinis Veritas). Albergo del Sole is a couple of (short) blocks away and is perfect for pizza. Gelato and breakfast stops are also very close. We rented a boat for the day and the dock is also very close to the apartment.

L’appartement a vraiment un emplacement idéal si vous arrivez en car postal. Il est de plus très près du magnifique lac Caumasee. La deco et le mobilier sont par contre vieillissants mais conformes aux photos. La mention “petit déjeuner” est à mon avis “surfaite”. Il y avait un peu de confiture et des zwieback ainsi que du thé. Pour nous c’est plutôt un en-cas. Mais c’est une question de point de vue. Les réponses à nos questions étaient rapides et très claires.

The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Vraiment un bonheur que Yael & ses amis nous donnent l’opportunité de passer quelques jours dans leur petit paradis ! Lieu incroyable, paisible, facile d’accès à pied et en train avec une session sauna , de belles excursions et restaurants à proximité ! Hautement recommandable !!

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

It was a fantastic vacation. The place is even more beautiful than the images show—a perfect location for relaxation. The house has a boat to get around (restaurants and food shopping). Before we came, we thought getting around with a ship would be difficult, but it became the vacation's star and made everything magical. We used it several times each day and had so much fun. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Mattia was excellent and responsive. His dad even came around to show us how to fish. Couldn't have asked for more from a host. Highly recommend 5/5 on all accounts,
