This 3,000sf home features 3 bedrooms plus a den with a queen bed with sleeping accommodations providing comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious screened-in porch, a pool table and a hot tub. Our brand new tiny house is in the wonderful community of Simple Life Village. We purchased this little gem because of the fascination we’ve had with downsizing, simplifying and embracing life. Sundance Cottage is everything but bare bones, it has full size appliances, quartz countertops, TV and WiFi and a cozy inviting feel. Nestled in the village of Flat Rock, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, you will never be short of things to do, from hiking and biking to exploring historic sites.

Romantic, Moroccan-Influenced Cottage

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house.
