Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Lure

We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Linda and Robb were very accommodating. We felt right at home. Robb made some wonderful recommendations about the resort.

We felt very lucky to find this place in a pinch. Our other air bnb that we booked a month+ ago had frozen water pipes. Tamera responded very quickly to our panicked, last minute booking. The place is immaculate. We had everything we needed. We were grateful for our stay here.

We’ve been to Rumbling Bald multiple times and this has been my favorite residence of all! It’s easily accessible, has tons of space, and is well equipped. But the host and her proactiveness and accessibility are what make outstanding. We absolutely loved our time there and hope to make it back again sometime!

We had a great stay at Paul’s place! Very easy to find and he allowed us to check in early. The only complaint would be that the dryer does not dry quickly and you have to dry your clothes several times. Other than that everything was absolutely great!

Cute place for a getaway with 2-4 people. Beautiful deck, small kitchen with what you need for quick cooking, coffee on hand, bathroom nice with what you need, clean and tidy. Loved the convenience to everything to do in the area. Kids loved the pool! I loved the zip line just 15 mins up the road (not included but highly recommend). Very responsive and helpful host. Lake Lure and views are breathtaking.

We spent Easter weekend with our 4 adult children, their partners and our grandaughter at this lovely property. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for us to spread out if we wanted or to be together. There is plenty of seating in the living room which I find is often missing from other places we have stayed. We cooked a lot while we were there-all of the kitchen items we needed were there, included an electric mixer which I really appreciated since I forgot to bring mine! The beds are comfortable and the towels provided are great. My favorite part of the property is the outdoor area. There is an amazing view of Rumbling Bald and the surrounding forest is just beautiful. I especially enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning as the sun lit the mountain. I also enjoyed the covered deck area downstairs when it was sunny on the deck and I wanted to read in the shade. Our kids made good use of the amenities at the resort. Overall our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

What a perfect place! Everything was just as pictured and stocked with everything you would need. We truly felt like we were at second home and not a rental. Home is extremely clean and comfortable with peaceful and beautiful surroundings! We really enjoyed our time there!

A beautiful weekend overlooking the mountains and Lake Lure. Katherine was a super responsive host—caring, welcoming, and made sure we received the 5 star experience. The house was awesome, the views to die for, and the perfectly-heated 8 person hot tub the highlight! We had a memorable weekend and thank Katherine and co. very much!

My family (2 adults & 2 children) took out a few days in Tryon for Spring break (March 2025). Firstly, the location and home were exactly as shown online. The location is extremely private and there was no wear and tear which made all of us feel like we were home from home. The bedrooms (3 in total) were large and spacious, the kitchen well stocked with basic sundries which allowed us to cook every night. Spending time together with breathtaking views was icing on the cake. The winner was the games room in the basement which we spent numerous hours at - pool table, giant Jenga, card game etc. Off the games room was a lovely hot tub which overlooked the mountains which was thoroughly used by all of us. Peter was extremely responsive to questions and super helpful which made us feel extremely looked after. I would highly recommend this location and I am sure we will be back again!

We had a great time spending a few nights here over Spring Break with our kids! Brandi was incredibly helpful and responsive with anything we needed. She even kept us in the loop with local information on burn bans with the conditions being so favorable for fires to catch. The place was very clean and we all had a blast! One thing I'll note for other families with small children. The spiral staircase is the only method inside of getting from the main floor to the basement. Our youngest needed a lot of supervision, even with the door closed, to make sure he didn't slip down or fall from the top ledge. It's definitely not a deal breaker, just something I wish I would've paid a little more attention to when reviewing photos of the listing.

Quiet place, beautiful views, terrace and hot tub are the best! Very nice house!

Absolutely loved our stay. The home was very family friendly and even came with plenty of wood to have a nice campfire for each night of our stay. The lazy river and pool are just 5min away and some nice restaurants nearby. My family was able to easily unplug and reset here and hope to do it again.

Beautiful home, exactly as described. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive from the day we booked their home all the way to the end of our stay. Couldn’t have had a better experience, can’t wait to do it again in the future!

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

We had a great time! My kids loved going on the canoe in the pond. We also loved going to the pool after a day out apple picking and hiking. The mornings are also peaceful sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waterfall.

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

It was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. Host was friendly and responsive. Area was beautiful and peaceful (even with rebuilding after hurricane helen). Room was perfect just like pictured. Definitely will recommend and plan to return.

April & Derek’s condo was beautiful and included all the necessities and more that we enjoyed while staying there - from washer pods, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods & seasonings. The one and only down side was the lake was inaccessible and drained on the side we were facing because of the restoration work due to hurricane devastation. We were able to take the kids to the indoor pool, we played mini golf and corn hole and they also had an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday. We would love to return when the lake has been restored because it’s a very nice resort only two hours away from us. Oh and the views driving around the towns are amazing.
