Warm, Modern Home with Covered Porch and Deck!

Fix dinner in a kitchen with updated 2021 appliances, to serve on a stout hardwood table beneath a rustic antler chandelier. Country-style decor and casual furnishings compliment the scenic mountain views as seen from the deck and patio of this warm home. Plenty of outdoor seating on the covered front porch and back deck. Relax and refresh yourself at Lake Tomahawk park, which is in view from this tree nestled home. Enjoy lightning speed wi-fi to stay in touch and share highlights of your stay with friends and family. Our home has two separate living areas - one on each level. We also have a screened in porch, perfect for enjoy the fresh mountain air, the scenery and just spending time with family and friends. The home is accessed with a personal combination code. There is a small outbuilding that is not for guests as well as a hot tub that is not for guests at this time. Please call or text with any questions. Messages will be addressed within the hour with most messages being addressed much quicker. Please leave a message as the contact number is for our property manager who can't possibly be efficient at his job if he returns every missed call that doesn't leave a message. The neighborhood is one of the oldest established areas in Black Mountain and because of that, many different styles of homes occupy the area. Head to Lake Tomahawk Park to access hiking trails or head downtown to find eateries, shops, and galleries. We have parking for 4-5 cars at our home depending on the size of the vehicles. There is public bus transportation available in Black Mountain which takes you to Asheville where you can use the bus system to get around Asheville if you wish. We have WIFI at our home. If you plan on kayaking on Lake Tomahawk we recommend you check with the town of Black Mountain to ensure there is no maintenance being performed on the lake that would prohibit you from using it.

Boutique Black Mountain Bungalow Near Asheville

Let stress melt away while sipping coffee on a porch and listening to birdsong from the surrounding woods. It's tranquil inside, too, with carefully selected furnishings inspired by minimalism, walnut floors, and locally crafted kitchen countertops. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included. We are available for questions and do our utmost to respond to your inquiries as quickly as we can. A relaxing and pleasant experience is our priority. The bungalow is only a few minutes' walk from Tomahawk Lake, beautiful walking trails, and nearby waterfalls. Visit breweries and restaurants in local Black Mountain and explore fine dining and nightlife in Asheville—a 20-minute drive away. Less than a five minute drive from downtown Black Mountain and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber is available to get you to either location if needed.

Exposed Brick and Plaster at an Industrial Loft

Settle down in front of the quirky, bike-mounted TV for a movie night at an eclectic abode steps from cozy coffee houses and bakeries. Upcycled furniture, exposed air ducts, and a patchwork timber kitchen wall create an unusual interior. Best suited for adults The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to. I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed. The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available. This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.
