Our renovated private downstairs unit is perfect for those wanting to be tucked away within a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to all Lake Geneva has to offer! The lake path is only 3 blocks away for hike around the lake path! Downtown shopping, the beach & amazing restaurants all within walking distance, you won't need a car! It's time to book a stay!!

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Back yard is private and not shared, perfect for a getaway with your pets. Parking available for up to 3 cars. This unit offers 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed. In the living room there is a queen size fold out sofa sleeper. The kitchen has all the amenities including a coffee maker, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
