This house is so cozy and lovely! We attended a concert at Camping World Stadium and Miguel’s home was the perfect fit, it felt private but was nearby, and there are 2 bikes provided that we took to the venue (which saved us from sitting in traffic for 30 minutes after the show!). You could easily walk to the venue as well if you wanted. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay! Easy driving distance to a ton of places including downtown. Clean and cute! Leah & Peter were very responsive and checked in on us as well 😆

This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of Restaurants nearby, in walking distance. Chris was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. I checked in right at golden hour and couldn’t believe the view! it was absolutely breathtaking! I even recorded a video and shared it, and everyone was asking me where this place was lol Truly unbelievable: The apartment was spotless, perfectly organized, and the host had excellent communication throughout. I’m a runner, so staying near Lake Eola was a dream. I was able to walk everywhere, which made the experience even better. In my opinion, this is hands down the best Airbnb in the city. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you! ;)

This condo was perfect and is just as it's described. I loved how secure the building is. it's in a great location and walkable to Lake Eola, shops and restaurants. It's very quiet. Host gave great instructions for entry. I will definitely rent again when I'm back in the area.

There's a reason why Rafaela's place has a diamond next to it as a gem. It's in a great location close to all Disney parks, the rooms are decorated just like the photos with Moana and Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story), and there are a lot of thoughtful touches like the wireless charging pads in the bedrooms. The water park was a lot of fun and very walkable too. Whether you want to stay and play at the water park, go to the gym, or use it as a home base for a Disney adventure, there's a lot to like about the space. The beds were comfy too!

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

Very clean, great area, quick response and well worth the money

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
