Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Eola

The place was very clean and smelled really nice, Ivan was responsive as well and it was very peaceful! Would stay again!

The bungalow was a perfect home-away-from-home during our two week stay. Our hosts were kind, very responsive, and super generous with their time. They dropped off a spatula day-of when I couldn't find one in the house (Spoiler alert: it was under the oven mitt the whole time!). The neighborhood is a great mix of restaurants and classic, old-Florida craftsman and ranch houses. It can be a little noisy with Hawkers right nextdoor, but it's totally worth having great Asian street food just steps away.

I love this place, my business partner and I felt comfortable, safe, enjoyed our stay. The host made our stay better with quick responses.

I enjoyed it felt at home , my kids loved it. Anytime I am in this area I will check it out

Lots of great restaurants in the area, Tori Tori, Lam garden dim sum, Pho bar and Sticky rice, many Michelin restaurants and some of highest rated places in Orlando. Really good location, the bnb itself was really nice. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 would rent again!

Beautifully remodeled home in popular area. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas exquisite. Host is very accommodating and responsive.

A great place, very clean and centrally located to downtown Orlando. Patty was welcoming and very responsive and the entire process was easy and stress free. The house was as described and perfect for a stay- I would recommend for anyone looking to stay near downtown or in the Delaney Park area.

Very nice efficiency-style apartment. The walkway is rocky and could be a tripping hazard, wouldn’t recommend walking on it in heels lol, but we had no issues. It took the hot water a lot longer to reach the shower than expected for the first shower taken, but it heat up quickly for all the other showers. We had all we needed and didn’t need to reach out to Sherry at all, but I’m sure she would have been accommodating if we did. Overall, it was a really lovely stay. Perfect for what we needed.

Upon check in, there were a few hiccups, nothing major, but I brought it to Jaycelle's attention and she was so quick to respond and went above and beyond to make things right. I have never had someone take care of us the way she did, her kindness is out of this world. She is a fantastic host and she really made our stay special. Not to mention, the place is extremely cozy and cute, it has everything you need for a nice trip! (and the bed is super comfy best sleep of my life)

Great place to stay if your going downtown Orlando my pet loved the open area and land also close to everything will be again

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Great location to Disney - about 10 minutes about so close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to be outside of the craziness. Clean place, nice beds, great for kids.

Everything was organized and clean the place was beautiful .

I absolutely loved Milly’s place!! it was so so adorable, easy to find and so so close to everything, Milly made me feel right at home and peace, she communicated with me through everything and was there for me, the mall was super close with a lot of things to do around, the area was so safe and the room was spotless clean.. if I ever wanna get away again, i’m definitely staying at Milly’s house if I can because I just felt like I was at home and close to my mom(they have the same name!)

This condo was perfect and is just as it's described. I loved how secure the building is. it's in a great location and walkable to Lake Eola, shops and restaurants. It's very quiet. Host gave great instructions for entry. I will definitely rent again when I'm back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
