Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are only 3 blocks to the best restaurants and bars downtown and just 2 blocks from the best public beach in the city.
