Very nice apartment crossing, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor: 2' from the old port (all fun without disturbances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the charms, many, of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, not directly overlooked: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint-Sauveur (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the bottom of a deadlock, very calm. All journeys can be accomplished on foot or by bike.
