Independent accommodation adjoining our house with private entrance. Privileged location 100 m from a beautiful beach of La Faute-sur-Mer. 22 m2 2-room apartment with kitchenette, sofa and TV; 1 bedroom with 160 X 190 bed for 2 people, with possibility of separating the beds (on request); Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with garden table and chairs. Linens and towels are provided. WIFI included. In July and August, 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

nice renovated studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby….the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a secure double entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . In Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are paid from April to September, I give you a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access

La Petite Cabine is waiting for you!

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. We don't have private parking but free spaces are just across from your rental even in the heart of summer. Linens not provided - rental possible Pets not allowed

Small beachfront house, close to beach, shops

Small house completely renovated, comfortable, close to the beach and the shops of the city center (Thursday and Sunday market). For a couple, with one or two children (2 adults + 1 or 2 children) 2 rates offered: with or without linen and cleaning supplies. See the specifics in the listing details. NOTE: between June 28 and August 31, 2026, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum of 7 nights.

Air-conditioned studio 10 minutes from La Rochelle

Delightful air-conditioned studio with independent entrance. Located (by car) 10' from La Rochelle, and 15' from Pont de l 'Île de Ré. The village has a bakery. The studio has an equipped kitchen, sitting area, bedroom area, bathroom and a private terrace with table and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided. No pets allowed.
