Karen is an awesome host, providing superior service. I had the opportunity to stay with two hosts in the same resort in successive days. If i had to do it again, I would have booked the entire stay with Karen.

Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

There's no better welcome than the one we got from Evelyne. His cottage is extremely well kept and very well-equipped. We highly recommend it.

Great locations for this cute little house, very convenient, thanks in particular to its exterior. It is very well-equipped and very pretty. The only small downside perhaps, the master bedroom is upstairs and the children's bedroom downstairs, but otherwise everything was great!

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. Very clean with the necessary sheets and towels. Impeccable communication with our host. The directions to the accommodation were very clear. The added bonus is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the body of water. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

From the initial warm welcome which showed us the facilities and grounds we could explore we were made to feel very comfortable to relax and enjoy our holiday. The property is perfectly set up for families, the children had so much they could do to entertain themselves from swimming in the pool, basketball, ping pong and checking for eggs from the chickens! On top of this the beautiful grounds gave further walks around the lake topped off with kayaks and paddle boards there was so much to do a week was not long enough! A fantastic property and lovely hosts.

A place to discover with family or friends, with many amenities to have fun and spend time. (Ping-pong, squash, billiards, reading room and recently... pétanque court!! We'll be back for sure.

a great stay beautiful waterfront view peaceful the boat provided allowed us to reach coulon (2 hours with the time of the lock to maneuver manually, fun to do!) to navigate the marshes in complete freedom without rental time restrictions (1.5 hour walk on site) the next day, head to Niort by the track at the edge of the marsh (45 min) with the bikes made available that's all perfect. thank you for a pleasant stay perfect house everything is there
