Ideal for 4 to 6 people with two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with a double bed and two bunk beds, a kitchen separate from the living room. Parking is available in front of the house.

The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

It consists of: - a large bright living room with an open and equipped kitchen - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms Enclosed and wooded garden that can accommodate 2 cars. 2 covered terraces, garden furniture (armchairs, table, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue). Pets welcome.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
