5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. The 2.5 room holiday flat with approx. 70 m² in the centre of Lenzerheide is located on the ground floor of the very quietly situated building section 6 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to the wellness area, underground car park and direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The flat's location is also ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as to the Hotel Schweizerhof's own swimming pool and wellness area.

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
