Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright and characteristic small apartment overlooking "La Piazzetta" in the Old Town. It has a one and a half square bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, ideal for a person or a couple, also has a small armchair bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen. Not suitable for people with reduced motor skills (see images) or people of large size. Windows are thermo and sound-absorbing. Kitchen is well-equipped. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
