It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. If you need to be absorbed in the green, if you need silent, if you need rest from city noises, we are the right choise. We also have a gazebo in the garden where you can enjoy your meals . The center of Lacco Ameno is just 10-min walk away. Bus stop is only 100m from us and you can get every places in the island by bus. There is also a Carrefour 50m from us.

Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

We had a wonderful week at Marco’s place. The property exceeded our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, a lovely terrace area with fabulous views over the sea and the town, and a shady garden. It’s in a great position, with an easy walk to restaurants, and a bus stop right on the nearby road: we really enjoyed exploring the island. And there’s a fabulous takeaway pizza place practically next door (try the potato croquettes!) Marco and his sister Roberta, who met us on arrival, were very helpful. Just a word of warning: the entrance is a bit tricky to spot, and it’s a bit of a steep walk up to the property, but it’s definitely worth the climb!

The serene seascape captures the calm water reflecting soft hues of orange and pink from the setting sun. Gentle clouds stretch across the sky, while a rocky shoreline quietly frames the scene, creating a peaceful ambiance.

We had a fantastic time in Francescos appartement and explored the island from there. Location is perfect, close to both beach and nice restaurants. The appartement has everything you need and the roof top is super. Lacco Ameno and this appartement a true gem that we highly recommend.

Wonderful options on Ischia. Lacco Ameno is smaller than other towns, but has great restaurants and il fungo!!! The rental is a short walk to the commercial/waterfront strip. Bus is 2 minute walk. Parco Negombo, a must on any visit to Ischia, is a 15 walk. A great place to stay. I will return!!

I’m so glad I chose this particular hotel when visiting Ischia 🌿. It is a family owned hotel and everyone was incredibly welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very cute, very comfortable and it had the most beautiful view towards the garden. Also fast and reliable WIFI. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning with fresh fruits from the garden and also loved the convenient location close to the harbour, beaches and bus stops that made it so easy to get around the island. Thank you so much for all the recommendations and for being so welcoming, Marianne 🌸.

Mario's apartment is very nice, spacious and very clean. It has a beautiful outdoor space for reading, eating, or simply sunbathing in peace. It is a short walk from the Corso di Lacco Ameno and about a 20-minute walk from the Negombo thermal park. Mario turned out to be an attentive and helpful host; he gave us precise and timely directions, kept in constant contact with us, with useful advice and information and reserved a very precious parking space for us... an added value in the beautiful Ischia. A special thank you for the warm welcome even though we were more than an hour late in the late evening!

Casalora felt like paradise. The grounds are beautiful, the walk up to our room was strewn with flower petals from the nearby gardens. There were fruit trees everywhere, a private pool that was kept very clean, and lots of space for the kids to run around and explore. Paolo was very welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast with the other guests at a long outdoor table was also very nice. The kids were sad to go and started asking when they can come back before we even left!

A bathroom countertop displays a stack of paper rolls and several small sachets of toiletries. A woven basket, labeled 'Marseille', is also visible, adding a touch of organization to the space. The surroundings feature tiled walls, contributing to a clean and functional environment.

We were very impressed by Francesco's availability: on the second day we realized we needed a scooter but there was nothing available around, Francesco promptly took action and on the same day he managed to get us one, which was conveniently delivered to us on the spot. The accommodation is great: not huge but clean and tidy, perfect for a couple. It is a short walk from the "Mezzavia" bus stop and the main street of Lacco Ameno. Negombo Park is easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. It will definitely be our first choice if we were to return to Ischia!
