It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Charming Vacation Rental/B&B with Private Descent to the Sea

Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Nestor's House

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers, and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for clotheslines). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. No visitors
