Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio apartment is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza degli Eroi. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €4 (person)/night. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me.
