Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio apartment is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza degli Eroi. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €4 (person)/night. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Our fishermen's house boasts an excellent location, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed, and the living/dining area overlooks the sea. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or watch incredible sunsets over an aperitif.
