Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Laax

We were staying there to attend the WEF in Davos and selected because of proximity and price, however did not plan for the challenging journey to get to the property or back out of the area due to snowy/icy conditions and an ill-equipped rental car. However the interaction with Marlis was great, super friendly and helpful and the house itself and surroundings were lovely and would be great stay with better planning or in the summer.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

The cottage is really so hidden in the countryside behind a huge fir, walnut and much more, that we could absolutely enjoy being alone. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit moody, but even that was perfect, so we could once again sleep very well and for a long time... until the morning birdsong. Simply wonderful - PURE NATURE! We had a great, long weekend with the family (8 adults, 3 children). We had enough space in the apartment, the kitchen was extremely well equipped (mixer, fondue, raclette, etc.) and the view from the balcony & terrace was magnificent! Communication with Jeanine was extremely straightforward. We would come back any time!

Gabi informed us well in advance and the check-in worked out without any problems. The apartment was very nice and we felt right at home. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Rarely is such a nice, accommodating and communicative hostess - with good-hearted mom - experienced. If we ever get to Laax again, then only the accommodation with you, that is without alternative. Thank you and kind regards,

I'd love to come back. It's a dream with garden access and underground parking

I stayed with Geta for two nights as I was visiting Laax resort. The place was clean and very cozy, but it was a brief stay. There was a small kitchen and fridge which was nice to use. There was also a ski room to put your equipment. There was spotty internet at first, but they had someone come in and fix and it was better. Geta was a great host. She gave me a tour when I checked in and when asked if I could store my backpack with laptop and work clothes, she gladly took them. Even when I came to pick them up, she brought them out and even took my work clothes out with me to put them in my luggage. I had a great stay with Geta.

Nice place to stay, ski bus is 5-6 minutes walk away. Very well maintained.

I found Maya and Rolf very nice couple. They were very cooperative and caring. Maya also took me to nearby places and also gave me helpful tips. They have maintained the place very well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them.

We enjoyed our stay in Gisela's apartment. The contact with Gisela was very pleasant and every question was answered quickly and well. We were very grateful for the flexibility she gave us during our stay. The apartment is very well located and very well equipped, with everything you need. For the kids it is great with the pool and games room and for the adults, the sauna and the gym are also a plus. thank you dear Gisela

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

A beautiful apartment, which is quietly located and equipped with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and the host always responded quickly. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's place! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

We had a great stay in Donath! Andrea and Peter we're very nice and helpful hosts. We liked the village in which the accomodation ist located a lots. With all the farms and animals and mountain Panorama its a great place to make vacation.
