During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

My accommodation is suitable for couples and families with children or for three adults but it is possible to sleep also four persons : there are a double bed and a sofà bed for 2. I can offer to guests the ticket for free parking nearly the apartament. In La Spezia it is necessary to pay a tourist tax of 2,5 Euro for person and for night.
