Pet-friendly vacation rentals in La Rochelle

We had a very good week at Cécile's place. The house is very nice in a quiet area. A great place for a vacation on the Île de Ré.

Upon our arrival, a really nice welcome from Corinne. We really felt expected, it was nice. Nice accommodation, very well furnished, beautiful living room with bay window on a beautiful terrace overlooking magnificent trees, large bathroom, and after a few steps a very nice garden. The value for money is perfect

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. The accommodation was perfectly maintained, pleasant and very well-equipped. We enjoyed its location between Saintes and Cognac. Thanks to Stéphanie for hosting.

We found a little paradise! Quiet in a cul-de-sac. This small house with its terrace is really very nice, well-equipped and ideally located (market 10 minutes away, bike paths) and as a bonus a parking space for the car. Thank you again for hosting us. Without hesitation, we will recommend your little paradise.

We had a great time in Vincent's house: very pleasant setting facing the sea, with private access to the beach below the garden! The host can't be more responsive, I recommend it without a second thought!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding, which is very comfortable. Ideally located, the residence is very nice, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

Very nice stay in La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes away by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

This house is very pleasant to stay in: well-designed and furnished, beautiful spaces, well-equipped and the cherry on top, the small pool ideal with the temperatures of this weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden has no neighbors. The accommodation is new and very clean.

Amazing accommodation, I came for a family weekend (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't get in each other's way because the accommodation is very large. Pool was very well maintained, neighborhood was quiet and discreet. I would 100% recommend it, I'll be back. A big thank you to Anthony for this beautiful accommodation and his kindness. Great location, close to bus stops, about 30-40 minute walk to Old Port (even with kids), and right next to a beautiful beach. The space had everything we needed. Virginie, who welcomed us, was very responsive and really kind. The big plus: the view! The sunset was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the delicious coffee!

A lovely house 20 mins walk from the centre of La Rochelle

Therese was a perfect host, friendly and accommodating the whole time we were staying in La Rochelle. She communicated clearly how to find the apartment (which is in a perfect location close to the front). We had a little trouble getting into the door but this was through no fault of Therese’s just the older building (you have to pull the door towards you to unlock the latch) and she’s responded within 10 minutes when we messaged so was able to get in nice and quickly. The room was spacious, clean and you couldn’t hear the bars outside. The location was the key attraction here it was great to be able to pop back when needed as we were so close to everything! A lovely holiday, really reasonably priced.

Absolutely fabulous stay at La Maison Cajou! The accommodation is of incredible beauty, decorated with great taste, everything is refined, warm and perfectly thought out for the comfort of the guests. The welcome was exceptional: caring, caring, all in simplicity and generosity. In addition, the house is ideally located in the center, only 3 minutes walk from the Old Port, close to the market and all amenities, on a pedestrian street, which guarantees absolute calm.
