This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

My 62m² home is located in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street, easy to access. Close to the old port, market, shops etc . No car needed: everything is within walking distance. You'll love my place because of the comfort and neat decor. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels provided. There is a parking space in a private parking lot 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a bicycle room.
