Vacation rentals with a fire pit in La Rochelle

We had a nice stay at this former stable, spacious, and quiet, well equipped and very close to our family. The only downside is the window of the upper bedroom which has no blackout curtain or shutter (for those that can be inconvenient).

So cute place! Or you feel really good there. Pleasant and indoor terrace with a nice simple and clean decor. It felt like you were really on vacation. With the sea right next door, it was great. William is responsive as well as Isabelle who welcomed us very warmly. We would have stayed longer!

A very nice stay despite the bad weather. The living room is very nice for a group of 6 adults and 5 children. Special mention to the spacious and comfortable sofa and the arcade terminal that allowed for wild parties. On the other hand, even though we all got along very well, we would have liked a non-glass door to close the master suite upstairs, to ensure a little privacy to take a shower or go to the bathroom. 😊 But that's really the only very slight downside. The house is spacious and very well-equipped and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Franck is very responsive and check-in went smoothly. In short, a very pleasant weekend.

We had a great time at Melanie's home. The house is spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessary equipment (including the small details and basic supplies that make the difference). The house has a garage for bikes, which is a plus because we brought ours. We found the location of the house perfect for exploring the entire island of Oléron by bike. Great value overall. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is really a lovely host and her home is just beautiful. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend. The Nordic bath and brazier were really the cherry on top. Great stay in this place! Very responsive feedback from hosts! Neat and optimized decor/layout The only downside is the quality of the cleaning done by a third person so we did not take it into account for the overall rating because the rest of the services were very appreciable, we recommend it!

Great value for money. 👌 The outbuildings of the two bedrooms is a real plus, which allows each to have their own space and each their own bathroom! Proximity to bike rentals 👍 Really perfect for a group of 10

Marie and Xavier are very welcoming, responsive while being extremely discreet. Their cottage is absolutely perfect, very well equipped and above all tastefully and originally decorated. The barn allows you to be both inside and outside regardless of the weather. Access to the garden with the pool and deckchairs, free access to the jacuzzi, the kitchen, but also the barbecue and the plancha make this place a privileged holiday resort. We will definitely be back and I can only recommend others to come and discover the region by staying with Marie and Xavier.

The apartment is very pleasant, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. Indoor courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings. The Île de Ré and the coast are easily accessible by bike. The city center of La Rochelle is nearby. Flexible check-in and checkout and everything was very well organized with John who is very responsive. Everything was perfect and we had a very pleasant stay.

A lovely little apartment

We spent 2 nights and have great memories. The accommodation is impeccable, decorated with a lot of taste, very quiet, with a river right next door. Myriam was able to be present and respond to our requests. We highly recommend this listing. We'll be back if we get a chance.

Claire and her husband are extremely welcoming and available! The location is close to Ile de Ré, and easy to reach by car. Their young dog is very sociable and playful (we were with our dog and child under 2 years old). If your child sleeps in the same room as you, the room is also the room giving access to the front door (good to know in terms of organization)

The apartment was very good, clean and with everything you need for a few days of vacation as a couple. Jacqueline welcomed us very attentively and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. She is a very kind and cordial person. I recommend it without hesitation Thanks Jacqueline!!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.
