Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Small cocoon of 25m2 nestled on the 3rd and last floor of an old building. The apartment has been completely redone and thought with taste by an interior decorator. You will also find first necessity products like soap, olive oil or coffee pods... sit back and enjoy! On foot or by bike! If you are by car, you can park your car at Place de Verdun (paying) and on the Chemin des Remparts (free). The district lives in tune with its halls.

We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

Ideal location. We would definitely return. Lots of space and although it was super hot weather and there was no AC, the air circulated well and we were never uncomfortable. When one of the fans didn’t work, we communicated with the host and she immediately responded and replaced it.

Yannick was very friendly and introduced me to the apartment in all details. Yannick was also always present with additional questions. The apartment is very comfortably furnished (my perception). It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
