Stylish studio design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Rooftop Apartment Margherita - Val Gardena

The roof-top apartment "Sofia," is part of the "Apartments Margherita" apartments in Val Gardena Dolomites and is an excellent starting point for exploring the World Heritage Dolomites. The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room with armchairs, table and chairs, well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2-3 people. The Vergissmeinnicht house is 1 km from the center of Selva Gardena, easily reached by free bus or a 15-minute walk. In summer, it's near the hiking trails to Ciampinoi, Monte Pana and Alpe di Siusi. In winter, starting from the house with skis on your feet, you arrive directly on the Sasslong B ski slope of Ciampinoi connected with the Sella Ronda area.
