A fully equipped kitchen allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.

Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.
