Condo vacation rentals in La Plata County

Steve & Nancy’s place is clean and cozy! Communication was great. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub just a short walk away. This place was perfect for our family of 4. We did the nature train ride & the hot springs near by! We had a great time and plan to visit again!

Peefect place for our home base for everything we wanted to do. Thankful for the bar restaurant down stairs.

Cozy little stay just north of Durango with mountains all around! Kitchen seemed to have all the basics to cook a nice meal and the mattress was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at this property. The unit was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. It was at the very end of the hallway so it felt pretty secluded from other guests. The only feedback would be for guests to be prepared for how much light comes in through the secondary bedroom windows in the mornings - it made for some early days. We would definitely book here again!

Heather's place was great and very comfortable for myself and my siblings during our stay, that was associated with a tough time where we wanted to be together (an unexpected death in the family). It is set up well for two couples, worked for us with three, spliting some time and assuming you're ok sharing a shower. My family also really appreciated the no-questions-asked flexibility, when we needed to extend our stay a couple days. Thanks. Cheers.

Loved being right at the ski valley for the weekend. The condo is small but we spent most of the time outside of it so it wasn't a problem. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The robes were a nice touch and we appreciated them when we went up to the rooftop hot tub! Only complaint is that the drip coffee pot should be replaced or cleaned. It took about 20 minutes to make the small pot of coffee (5 cups). Otherwise the place was great and had everything we needed for the weekend!

We spent a week in this condo and felt right at home. The space itself is almost as well equipped as our own home, and Krista and Gabor left clear instructions for almost everything that the condo and the surroundings have to offer. This place is a great base camp for explorations of any kind in the area.

Beary Base Camp was great for my son and I . Less than a minute from the parking lot of Purgatory Ski Resort . It is a great place to relax after a day of alpine activities . Adding an extra day to our stay was also very easy , and that was very nice . thanks Y'all

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. Close to Mesa Verde, Silverton and the Million Dollar drive. The view from our condo was amazing I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Durango. The place was super clean, spacious, comfortable, and a nice walk to downtown. It was close to public transit and made for an easy launch point for both local spots and beautiful scenic drives. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. We’d absolutely stay again!

Great proximity to the Black Diamond Lodge. Durango was just a 40 minutes drive and lots to do, see and great restaurants and music scene.

Amazing location and super helpful host

We had a nice relaxing stay in this condo. We have stayed in a few ABNB's and we have never had one stocked as well as this one. It was a breeze making a quick breakfast or dinner before we headed out for the day. Everyone we met around us was super nice and the place is nice and quiet in the evenings. Loved the location away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything we wanted to do. We would highly recommend this place and we plan on coming back soon!

Host was very friendly and responsive. Home was clean and tidy. Worth the expense.

This unit was positively perfect! The bunk room was a huge hit with my young granddaughter, the well-appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to prepare meals, and the thoughtful touches (cozy blankets for lounging on the sofa, high quality cookware, a cabinet full of board games) made our vacation absolutely great! Purgatory has lots of activities and the swimming pool was a very popular activity for us all week! The unit was immaculate and luxurious, which made me feel right at home. We will book again next summer, I promised my granddaughter!

The parking space provided does not accommodate a large vehicle (truck). There is free parking on 3rd avenue which is just one block away, but it does make it difficult to load and unload your vehicle if needed. However, once parked we didn’t need to use our vehicle again to get to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking into the downtown area for meals and entertainment.

Wonderful slope-side location. So convenient and great amenities, including access to hot tub! I would highly recommend for a family ski trip.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of windows with great views. The amenities are great for families. Will stay here again on our next Durango trip.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views of the resort. With the windows open, it felt great inside. The bathrooms were perfectly designed. At no fault of their own, many shops/cafes/restaurants in the resort were not open in the summer. We often times had to drive to town to get coffee or breakfast.

They were beyond helpful and understanding! Amazing communication and fast response with everything. We really enjoyed the place and appreciated how clean and organized it was. Thanks!

Great place with plenty of room! Close to the slopes so we didn’t have to worry about driving or shuttles. Tons of helpful things in place for us to use for cooking and things.

This stay was perfect. The house was in a great location for me, as I was between the mountains & downtown Durango. It was clean and the resort amenities were nice. It was equipped with small toiletries and kitchen appliances. The on-site restaurants were nice & very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.
