Great amenities. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a nice time there. Only downside was the master bedroom window opened to traffic. It was warm and with no air conditioning it would have been nice if we could have had the window opened. That was the only downside.

A wonderful home with the best ever back deck view. My brother and I stayed there on business. This home felt more like a vacation.

Great for a group of friends/family to get together for the ski resort. The common area was spacious and an amazing view. The amenities were appreciated with wood, sleds, basic cooking spices/oil etc. The hill to the units was a little icy and challenging to get up, but being able to walk to the lift/resort base and having parking etc was great. The rooms were lovely, the home warm and cozy. We came with our infant son and had 3 other couples, everyone had their space and worked out very well. 100% recommend

This townhome was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and extra amenities. The views were beautiful and everything was very clean.

The home was very conveniently located next to a small shopping plaza but still remote enough to feel private and quiet. We felt right at home the moment we checked in. A lot of personal touches in the home. Comfortable furniture and great distant Mountain views through the oversized windows. My kids were pleasantly surprised to find a chest neatly hiding all the board games in the kids bedroom after reading the home instructions. This home felt it could be a great summer escape as well. The terrace is open to a small community lake and common landscape area. We spent only few days for a ski vacation at Purgatory but hope to be back soon for some great summer time.

Teresa's place was beautiful and as decribed. It was ample for our family with adult kids. The kitchen is very well equipped. Downtown is just one short walk on a pedestrian bridge accross the river. The deck is a wonderful and peaceful place to enjoy the roaring river. Treesa is a pleasure to interract with and answersed all our questions in a timely fashion. Will definotely stay there again and would highly recommend to any one visiting Durango!

The house was beautiful, clean and in a terrific location! Durango has so much to offer and it was great at the end of the day to relax and enjoy the large decks and peaceful location. Dedicated parking spots are a huge plus! We immediately felt right at home in this well appointed and spotless house. While in Durango enjoy great restaurants and breweries, the train ride, million dollar highway, whitewater rafting, old mine tour, Mesa Verde and a visit to Pagosa Spring for the hot springs and hot air balloon ride. We will return to this rental…it exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you Kristin and Andre for sharing your house.

Super clean and a great location for skiing and spending some time in Durango. Definitely will be coming back.

Great location and a true ski in ski out. The condo was very clean and looked exactly as described. We had 2 adult couples and one individual adult in our group and everyone had their own private space and bathroom. The master king bed was also extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, including crockpots. The heat in the condo was easy to adjust for each floor/room separately making it nice for everyone to control their own sleeping temperature. I guess we were pretty lucky during our stay and had a gorgeous red fox visit us on the back porch for about 30 minutes one evening! We will definitely make this condo our first choice for our next ski trip to Durango.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint is there isn't an oven. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay again we will just bring our air fryer next time.

My family of 10 enjoyed our stay i this condo. We were comfortable thru-out the space. The kitchen was well appointed with any appliance/utensil we needed to cook our meals. This condo was a 5* plus. Our only wish was for better weather for skiing. However, the pool came in handy to keep our littles occupied. We will definitely reserve again for next year. Thank you

My family stayed here and skied over spring break. The house was immaculate with plenty of room for my family of nine to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of movies and games for entertainment as well as a smart tv upstairs and downstairs. True ski in/ski out. Downstairs area perfect for storing all ski equipment. Michael was a great host and always very responsive. Would love to return.

We had a fantastic week! Beautiful place, great location, plenty of room to spread out (two families), shuttle made getting to the resort a breeze (the app is a little clunky but gets the job done). Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location for access to Purgatory. Easy 5 minute walk to the lift or you can call shuttle as well. Access to DMC with hot tub, fitness, etc. is always nice to have. Place was clean, kitchen was great and had everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely recommend for those looking for easy access to Purg.

Craig was a great host! Very communicative and chill. The place was a perfect location for skiing at Purgatory. It was so nice to have the shuttle come right to our door. Our favorite feature was the hot tub. The only downfall was the hard water leaves a chalky feeling on everything. Other than that, everything was great!

Our family loved this home. Such a peaceful setting. Loved the location. Fireplace is beautiful. Had everything we needed. Outdoor fire pit by the stream was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We typically stay at a ski-in/out and this home was every bit as convenient. The shuttle guys are great and at the door in five minutes or less, then they drop you right at the lift (which is only 0.4mi anyway). Total distance carrying skis is about 20 yds. (Tip—Get dropped at ski school lift to make it quickest!) The home is beautiful, exactly as the photos show. The view is spectacular! Especially from the hot tub! Craig thought of everything you could possibly need and supplied it. The second living room downstairs was great for our kids to watch movies while we relaxed upstairs after skiing. Truly a wonderful place! We had a housekeeping issue when we checked in and the housekeeper responded immediately to resolve it and even brought pastries. I highly recommend this home!
