Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Beautiful house, with beautiful decoration, spacious and very clean. The garden is very nice with the pool square. My family had a great time. The air conditioning was also much appreciated. Close to shops. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

Very nice house, quiet and very well equipped

Very functional studio and nice location, as described. The accommodation is well oriented, ideal for this hot weather. Direct and private beach access is perfect for swimming and walking along the ocean! Easy access to the city center of St Palais. We had a pleasant and quiet stay. Thanks to Jean Jacques which allowed us to stay a few more hours in the accommodation.

Arrival at the accommodation facilitated by the key box system. No disappointment with the accommodation, it matched the description, just one thing to add is that this one is very well-equipped. It felt like we were at home. The host's arrival in the evening is a plus to be highlighted, allowing us to discuss different points. Aurelie is very nice and attentive. Great hospitality from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us some great tips on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh produce, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We'll be happy to come back to Mélanie and Nicolas's.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

We had a great time, Barbara is very friendly. Downtown within walking distance, for the beach we took the car and never had any difficulty parking which is very nice.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Patricia's accommodation is in a great location, we were very well looked after. Impeccable.

Jenifer's accommodation has been tastefully renovated. The amenities are as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

Céline's accommodation is perfect: very clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. I would recommend it in a second.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Ras, 4 years in a row that I rent the Cottage, in the company of my faithful four-legged companion Mya, and everything has always gone well, Joel is an excellent host, always smiling and welcoming, and what about this city, this decor ... Just beautiful!

Warning: you'll love it! It is with great nostalgia that we left this rental... We had a wonderful week (very exotic for us who come from Haute-Savoie!) in a privileged location just a short walk from the ocean. The house is lovely, you immediately feel at home! Everything was perfect, as shown in the photos, nothing was missing. Tania is a perfect host. We only have one desire now… to come back next year. Thank you again for this dream place where we made great memories with our daughters. Elise, Vira, Noa & Emi ❤️
