Very nice house… we had a great time with friends, all delighted with the accommodation Everything is planned for a great stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms Nice pool but not heated, and that's a shame. 🙃 We recommend the place and will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Gérard and Véronique's, who are very friendly and always smiling and dynamic hosts. The hosting was very warm . The cottage is very clean and very functional . Everything is well thought out. Quality linen. Very comfortable bedding. The terrace near the kitchen is also very nice, well equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing on sunny days. The calm of this place filled us. We sincerely thank Gérard and Véronique for their kind little touches: walnut wine and homemade jam, as well as some cakes from the region. Thanks also for the little "tap" demonstration. We highly recommend this rental, which is very well located in a very beautiful area. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time at François and Hélène's beautiful home. It is very well furnished and the garden is beautiful, with a trampoline that made the children happy. François and Hélène are very welcoming and friendly.

For our first stay in La Rochelle we were greeted by a very nice and welcoming host, these tips allowed us to visit the region as well as the use of urban transport made available to us with a bus stop "if you can say so" at the foot of the house. everything was as advertised on the site, I recommend this lovely little accommodation to other users because we had a lovely stay, thank you again to Eliane for her kindness. We spent 3 days and 3 nights in the cottage and everything was perfect. The place is particularly quiet and relaxing but nevertheless close to amenities (restaurants, supermarket...) The hospitality of our hosts was perfect. We recommend this property!

I have to say this is one of my favourite places on AirBnB. It’s actually nicer than the photos!! And the most comfortable bed! I loved that a little shopping trolley was even provided for my trips to the boulangerie and marche! Christian was on hand to help with checking in and out. Great location! Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset, we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, tips, etc. Great value for money in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!

Mathieu greeted us in person. He was very nice and his explanations were very clear. The accommodation is very nice and especially extremely well located, in the heart of La Rochelle, in the pedestrian streets. In short, everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay (2 couples of friends without children) in this apartment with a direct view of the beach. Clearly the number 1 asset of this listing. Clean and functional apartment, close to all shops on foot, very convenient. Good quality bedding. Just lacked the little "Airbnb spirit", we only had messaging exchanges with the hosts, quite succinct and no contact otherwise.
