We had a weekend in this place with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in line with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained check-in. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well located for discovering the city on foot. I would highly recommend it ☀️

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Perfect for 2 people, cute little outdoor area, very close to the market and the city center. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, small enough but enough for 2! The exterior of their cottage is very pretty, excellent swimming pool (super large and well heated) peaceful place. Michel and Béatrice are very kind and super helpful! I recommend

Shirley is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is ultra clean, nicely decorated, it feels like home. Close to all shops. We'll be happy to go back. One of the best and most beautiful homes we've ever done. 🙂 Everything is great!

A peaceful haven close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and it feels like home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for dining or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage where cars and bikes are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and hospitality, not forgetting the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure.

Nice and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and bike storage are really assets when you know the difficulty (and price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

We had a great time in Emmanuelle's studio which is very well equipped and extremely well located (shops and beach within walking distance ). The environment is peaceful and very quiet while being close to lots of entertainment. Very nice hostess, perfect communication. Thank you Emmanuelle!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
