Beautiful modern house. Would return. Only thing to consider is that one of the double rooms is a sofa bed and if you have more than 3 children, one is on a mattress on the floor but comfortable.

Thanks to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 meters from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The center of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher/delicatessen, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very pleasant and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation which made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll be back if the place is available.

Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. A huge thank you to our host, who was exceptional from start to finish. Very responsive, warm, attentive, she did everything to make our stay go smoothly. I would recommend this house without a second thought and hope to have the opportunity to return very soon!

Franck is a very nice host and very attentive to our needs. He was very responsive to all our requests with a smile and good humor. The accommodation is superb, the green spaces are very well maintained, surely one of our best we on airbnb!!

Perfect accommodation. To date, the best Airbnb we've had the opportunity to test. The studio is impeccable, very clean, in every corner. It was really nice to arrive at a place where you can feel the attention paid to cleaning. The layout is also very well thought out, with everything you need for a stay of several days/weeks. The location is as described in the listing. The place is quiet and close, by car, to La Rochelle as well as the beach. The only downside to note, if any, is the mattress on the bed. We're a hard mattress team and this one was soft.

A very nice apartment overlooking the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The property is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and downtown La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The property is also within walking distance of the train station.

Carole's place was really perfect. We were able to check ourselves in thanks to Carole's very clear instructions. We couldn't enjoy the terrace but it allows you to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. The bakery recommended by Carole is really excellent. We'll be happy to go back!

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

Great place to stay. Easy to get to La Rochelle. The village itself has an amazing bakery right across from the property. Was lovely.

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessities. Walking distance to the beach in less than 15 min. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and she is also very accommodating for check-in and check-out when possible! The apartment is ideally located. We rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus. We highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very eager to return to La Rochelle in this very beautiful property, tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Had a great time at Arnaud's apartment. Very well hosted by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Lovely apartment with views of park, lots of room, perfect location for walking around the old port which is the hub of La Rochelle. The train and bus station only about 3 minutes away. There is a taxi rank in front of the train station for taxi to airport. Marion responded to any questions very quickly.

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
