Finding a green oasis of tranquility in the heart of Hamburg was an absolute surprise. Stefan is a great host, he was friendly and helpful with all questions and gave us helpful tips. For all lovers of peace and quiet who still want to be at the pulse of the city's life, this accommodation is highly recommended.

Elke's accommodation is ideal for two, beautiful and quiet location. By car, the Baltic Sea, Lübeck, Schwerin and Hamburg can be reached quickly. After a day out and about, the welcome oasis of calm. Thank you very much Elke

The apartment under thatched roofs is highly recommended. The location is perfect for us. We enjoyed the tranquility, the view of the fields, the walking paths, the lakes nearby as well as Ratzeburg, Mölln and Lübeck are worth a trip. We would like to highlight very positively that coffee and everyday items such as baking paper, tabs, etc. are more than sufficient. We liked to sit in the garden in the evening. Here we could observe a deer and many birds. We will definitely be back!

Really charming and quiet. We had a nice time and can recommend the place. We didn't miss anything. The patio was the highlight. Great for rounding off the evening, even in the rain. The many games for the garden were great. Contact was very friendly, kind and accommodating.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and Nicola and her husband were always helpful. In this large, beautiful and beautifully furnished apartment, we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The balcony overlooking the magnificent surroundings always invited you to linger. The view from the living room on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal is simply magnificent. A great bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom make this apartment a holiday home that you will be happy to recommend.

The apartment was great. We had the opportunity to park our e-bikes and our car in the carport. We did a lot of bike tours in the surrounding area through the woods along the canal. The city center is also easy to reach, although the bicycles of course helped us. There were all around beautiful days in the apartment in Mölln at Daudi's. Daudi is a very nice landlady and very friendly and helpful.

We felt very comfortable. We were received in a very friendly manner, enjoyed the quiet location and the clean apartment. Just as we expected. The only drawback: no sufficient roller blinds or the like available in the living room (with sofa bed), which is why the living room was already bright very early.

Great place to stay in the countryside! We spent 3 nights visiting Hamburg - the former waterworks is an original accommodation directly on the banks of the Elbe (even if you can only see the Elbe from the outermost corner of the window...). The building makes a freshly renovated impression, everything is tip-top. Although you are not far from the center of Hamburg, you will find yourself absolutely in the countryside, in a quiet environment. And the center of Blankenese is within walking distance, with shops, cafes, bars and S-Bahn. We were very pleased!

Peter was a very friendly, nice and competent host. The communication between us was excellent (thank you very much for the nice conversations🤗) The apartment is a dream, we felt immediately comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with many utensils, everything you need. The apartment is located in a villa area and within walking distance you can quickly reach the Schlosspark. Diana's yard is great. The children can run around, play, visit the horses, there is much to discover (we were lucky to hear small owls and finally see them). At the beginning, we were skeptical, because the listing says that you can enjoy the squawking of the geese and the mooing of the cows. There are no cows on site and only one goose :-) Also important to mention is that the terrace is not directly at the apartment. However, Diana was very relaxed as a host in this respect - we were allowed to put the garden furniture in the house/apartment, even if there was no designated area for it. The apartment is very clean and very tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. There are no children's cups or dishes. The accommodation lacks things like sugar or coffee powder, which did not bother us as tea drinkers. It's definitely a great place to unwind.

Very happy with our stay at Marianne's. Nice and practical apartment in beautiful surroundings. Cozy with sandbox and swings in the garden for the kids. Recommended further!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is perfect. Great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation in a quiet location, very clean, friendly landlords. Everything you need and right next door is a small park with a pond. We felt very comfortable with our dog for a stopover in Hamburg :)

My husband and I spent the vacation together with our 2-year-old son in the apartment and were very excited. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. It is visible that the house and garden are intensively cared for. The apartment is in a quiet location two side streets from the beach promenade. We agree with previous vacationers on the points of criticism. We also believe that a towel/linen package should be included in the price. The light of the WLAN router in the bedroom is really extremely bright. In addition, the pillows were far too voluminous. The three points are complaints at a high level. We would book the apartment again without hesitation and always recommend it.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well appointed. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!
