Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer. Hamburg is also 30 minutes away. In about 3 km away is the Horster train stop. Here is a parking lot and bicycle parking.

A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach 40 minutes in Hamburg. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

The 210 sqm, ground-level apartment can accommodate 9 people. 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The 25 sqm terrace is a wonderful place to relax. The outdoor sauna invites you to linger. Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.

A designated separate parking space is in front of the house.
