A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

As the largest and most beautiful accommodation in our house, Apart Laura impresses with comfort, modern and exclusive furnishings, as well as a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains. Arrive and feel good. Due to the pointed location, Lake Achen, the Ziller and the Alpbachtal are only 10 minutes away by car. Hiking and biking tours can be started from the accommodation.

The cozy apartment in the traditional Tyrolean style is on the first floor of our apartment building and comprises a spacious 65 m². In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

Bright terrace apartment

Bright and friendly apartment (50m²) in historic Tyrolean townhouse close to the center of Brixlegg and at the entrance of the Alpbach Valley. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped with an anteroom, a living room, a dining room, a very small bedroom with a French double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), as well as a newly renovated mini bathroom with shower. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Die Zillertalerin - the new apartment house with eight residential units in the heart of Uderns/Tyrol. Be one of our very first guests! Home, heart and comfort. With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).

The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
