The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. Enjoy your vacation on the beautiful sunny plateau on the south side of the Inn Valley in Tyrol, the Weerberg at 880 m above sea level. Whether you are hiking, mountain biking or skiing, driving to the next town to Schwaz 9 km, or to Innsbruck about 20 km, to the Zillertal about 30 km, to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds to Wattens 7.5 km, or just relaxing, our house is located in the center of Weerberg, so everyone gets their money's worth. A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!

The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
