Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

This is my second time booking at Van’s place and words are not enough to describe how wonderful his places. The vibe is so relaxing, cool and peaceful. There is a painting of John Lenon at the front gate very aptly welcoming you. It’s an amazing place if you want to just relax in peace and enjoy beautiful Yerevan skyline or jam some cool. Van is a terrific guy, always helpful and there for his guests. My favorite Airbnb place in entire Yerevan. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience here. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures, everything works, and it’s clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to several grocery stores and greengrocers. Very close to the center but away from the chaos.

Thank you to Jean Marc and Mané who hosted us very well. The apartment was very clean, well located in the center of Yerevan. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, we were able to do everything on foot.

Marina is an available host. The accommodation is clean and smells good. Everything is available to feel at home. I would recommend this place for outings in Yerevan.

Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was allowed to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. On my next visit to Yerevan, I'd love to come back here.

The place is definitely recommended! Central location, nice large balcony and beautiful conditions. There may be some noise from the street, but nothing that bothered us. We will always choose the fantastic location.

The apartment is big, clean, equipped with everything a tourist might need. 20 minutes walk to the Opera .You could find a large amount of water in big bottles, for the case if is no water. I appreciated it very much, becose in Tbilisi it was no water for entire day, and was no supply in the place I stayed at. Mariana is a great host, she provided me taxi at 4 am at arriving, for departure too. Thank You Mariana, You are the Best!

Nice cosy apartment in a great location, and still relative quiet as it’s not directly in front of a road where there are loud popping cars.

The apartment is wonderful by all standards for two people. It has a washing machine and fast Internet inside a guarded residential complex (the guards are very ethical and understanding). It has free parking and around it there are grocery services and banks. You need to download an application to deal with opening the doors and entering the parking. The owner of the apartment (Mushegh) is very wonderful and quick to respond to any problem and takes the initiative to solve it quickly. What bothered me was the interruption of water for periods of my stay from one o'clock in the morning until five o'clock in the morning (the possibility of repairing faults to the public network) The apartment is great by all standards for two people. Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.
