It is rather unusual, but nice and cozy place great for short-term stay. Vahram was very nice and he and his wife left a fruit platter for me which was very pleasant to have after a long trip. This place is very good especially for this price

Marina's place was fantastic - spotlessly clean, very spacious, very modern and quite, great value for money and perfectly placed . We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We're less about a high-gloss vacation. We want to experience something from the people, to be able to empathize with their culture. This definitely made it possible for us to stay at Anna's place, as the hospitality and helpfulness was constantly present. That's why I'll be back. And the apartment was also super spacious and nicely decorated.

This was an amazing airbb. I stayed for over a month and was very pleased with everything. It is a close walk to Cascade and has air conditioning inside the property. It was very spacious and had a few floors. The host was very kind and helpful! My favorite part were the adorable cats that would stop by in the garden.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

The apartment was just wonderful. We came as a big family — nine people in total: four adults and five children. Everyone settled in very well, the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Two bedrooms have magnificent views of Mount Ararat. My grandmother and aunt were simply delighted to wake up to such a view from the window. There is a large terrace where you can sit, barbecue and eat together. A large table is available. Everyone loved this stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, dishes, cutlery. Television also offers many features: Netflix, Okko and other platforms for watching movies in multiple languages. The location of the apartment is just perfect — a three-minute walk to one of the city's main attractions: the Cascades. Thank you so much! We are very, very satisfied.

The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!
