The owners of the house occupy the ground floor (basement). The second floor has 4 rooms with all a own bathroom and has a big living room. The balcony has a nice place to sit and relax and enjoying the wonderful view of Goght and National park Khosrov. The garden has a swimming pool and fruit trees. Opening season 1st of April till 20th of Octber

2 Luxury bed and breakfast in the city center

I have a duplex room. Access to the second floor is from the first floor, where my mother currently lives. The kitchen is shared but everything else is not. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning and the other with a single bed without air conditioning There is a toilet/bathroom, a living room and a balcony. You can use the kitchen if needed and also the washing machine.
