Our paradise is located in the village of Baghramyan, 20 minutes drive from Yerevan (by taxi $4). Bus 205 will take you to the subway (passes every 20 minutes). Within walking distance there is a supermarket, bakery and a green park with children's swings. We provide one free transfer from or to the airport and provide a SIM card with a local number and internet

This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.
