Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Nature lovers and city enthusiasts' #1

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Die frisch renovierte, zentral gelegene Parkettwohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen lädt die Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss besonders mit ihrem freundlichen, geräumigen Parkett-Zimmer dazu ein, das Altstadtflair auch aus der eigenen Unterkunft mit Stil zu genießen.

Living cube for 1-2 people with small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m away. The accommodation includes a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60), a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, parking space, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board. The property is located in our garden.

Apartment with a room with double bed and view of the beautiful Untersee. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two people. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seat to the south and a private balcony towards the lake. The apartment is quiet and has a lot of privacy.

The apartment is well equipped, cozy, spacious and has access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the fields behind it. The small sleeping gallery is very popular with the children. The lake with various swimming opportunities is very close. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.

A pefect equipped kitchen, a cool bathroom, a luxury kingsize bed (180 x 200) and a single-bed in the small side-room. Perfect for 2 or 3 persons (max. 5 persons). The apartment is situated right in the pedestrian area!

Right in the center of Constance, on the 2nd floor of the renovated historic building "Zum oberen Schulhof" from the 15th century, this spacious and charming 2-3-room apartment with terrace. The apartment is available with one or two bedrooms.
