NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Whether skiing, hiking or swimming & fishing in the nearby reservoir, the apartment offers a good starting point for various winter and summer activities. ‘Chalet Zillertal Arena’ has been built in an attractive, modern alpine style. An ideal combination of rock, wood, large windows and warm color tones. Modern yet timeless. The chalets have three bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to twelve people. Ideal for a holiday with the whole family or a large group of friends. Walk-out and ski-in. The Finnish sauna is great after a long day outside. There are three free parking spaces per chalet

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Ulis Skihütte is one of the oldest on the Königsleiten in an exposed prime location. Located right at the ski lift, start and end your perfect ski day and watch your loved ones ski. The accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests offers you free Wi-Fi, a TV with free NETFLIX access and a south balcony overlooking a wonderful Alpine panorama. Minimum stay is 5 days.
