From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. Almhaus Louise and Almhaus Oscar (each with 4 rooms, approx. 104 m² living space, 9 beds, built in 2008) are located directly in the Zillertal Arena ski resort on the Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel at 1,700 meters altitude. In winter, absolutely snow-sure - in summer, an oasis of calm. You can ski almost to the front door, and in summer you can start hiking immediately, as there are two hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the houses.
