It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

A special apartment is our "Heuboden Apartment with a view of the hayloft from Wiglhof". It is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 1-2 people on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a 1.60 m large ZIRMBETT for restful sleep. A generous kitchen-living area with an electric stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, with a cozy seating area and satellite TV.

We have comfortably furnished apartments that can accommodate up to ten people. Some of our apartments have their own sauna. Our house is located in the center of Königsleiten in close proximity to the ski lifts and shopping. With strapped skis from the slope to the front door: From our house it is only 250 meters to the gondola of the legendary ski area of the "Zillertal Arena" with 160 km of slopes and over 50 modern lifts.
