The "Alte Spinnerei," where the academy as well as restaurants and shopping are located, is a walk of approx. 10 minutes. The nearby Mangfall invites you to take relaxing walks! Highway (A8) 3 km, Munich 45 min, Chiemsee 25 min, Salzburg 60 min - central location for excursions.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
