The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The apartment was completed in March 2013 and equipped with a living room ventilation, it is located on the 3rd floor (elevator available). A balcony facing southwest is also available, as well as the complete furnishings for a maximum of 4 people. An extra bed in the bedroom can accommodate a third person, the fourth in the living room. The kitchen is also new and equipped with high-quality electrical appliances. The car parking space is right next to the entrance. "BARRIER-FREE"

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk
