C’est le père de l’hôte qui nous a accueilli dans de très bonne conditions et très avance. Peter est pro actif dans la communication, aucun problème. Le logement est à seulement 10min à pied de la gare, et 5min à vélo. Vous pouvez facilement aller à Amsterdam Nord si besoin tout en étant dans le centre à proximité de toutes les activités de la ville. Le logement est grand, spacieux presque un peu vide concernant la décoration et le lit est confortable. Je recommande c’est vraiment un logement très pratique pour séjourner au cœur d’Amsterdam !

Leuk appartementje, heel goed gelegen aan de rand van het Noorderpark. Heel makkelijke en snelle verbinding naar Amsterdam stad. Zeer netjes, goede bedden, alles voldeed aan de beschrijving. Ana is een supervriendelijke en behulpzame host die heel snel reageert op elk bericht. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in de accomodatie van Ana!

Joost et sa femme sont particulièrement accueillants. Leur côté chaleureux a contribué à rendre notre séjour familier et sympathique. Literie excellente. Propreté parfaite. Le petit déjeuner apporté chaque matin avec le sourire était confectionné avec soin, bon et copieux. Ce moment était l'occasion de discuter un peu avec de couple ouvert et bienveillant. L'appartement, facile à trouver - est extrêmement agréable, bien meublé, accessible et dans un cadre verdoyant et paisible. Le tram qui nous mène en centre ville et dans le quartier des Musées est à 3 minutes à pied et les trams très fréquents. Nous n'avons pas regretté du tout de ne pas être en centre ville Tout a été positif. Nous recommandons sans réserve l'appartement de Joost et sa femme

Ronny and Wendy have a lovely apartment in an ideal location for exploring Amsterdam. On the edge of the main tourist zone, so it's reasonably quiet, but still close enough to walk to everything. Having the Rijksmuseum, Vondlepark and Albert Cuypstraat just a short walk away made for the perfect couple of days for my family. The apartment is not spacious, but it was well laid-out and beautifully appointed, making for a comfortable base for the 4 of us. I highly recommend it for a visit to Amsterdam.

Monica’s place is a fantastic location. It is in a quiet area but so close to the city action. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. They were very accommodating to our early arrival and said it was no problem to store our bags several hours prior to check in. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in der Unterkunft. Easy Check-in und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat alles was man braucht, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Gastgeber die stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und mega cool waren !!!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

Great location, close to central station, would definitely stay here again. Ron was very helpful with both check-in and check-out.

Excellent emplacement, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Rue et canal très calmes, environnement agréable. Hôte toujours disponible, réactif et très sympa. Je valide et recommande.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. Thanks again Raul and Atilla for making our city break wonderful

Robbert’s place was great. Right in the middle of everything, but still private and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!!

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

We loved our stay in this character-filled historic house. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and felt private, even though it’s a shared building. The location is excellent and we savored the view of the canal from the big windows. The bed and linens are comfy, crisp and clean, and there were plenty of towels. We even enjoyed hearing a bit of Evert and his students’ violin-playing. (Seriously, I don’t really like violins but the playing was expert and lovely.) Memorable stay!!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb right in the middle of a bustling area. Host was so accommodating with an earlier check in, storing our luggage and organising a return taxi to the airport. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Amsterdam!

My first visit with my daughter to Amsterdam. We had several activities planned and our location was perfect: Access to tram. Very walkable area. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery markets. The suite was comfortable and large enough for two people. We enjoyed ourselves and no worries regarding the accommodations.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

Peet был невероятно внимательным и отзывчивым хозяином — дал чёткие инструкции, быстро отвечал на сообщения и с готовностью помог, когда у меня возник вопрос по технике. Квартира очень уютная, чистая и отлично расположена. Всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, было под рукой. Особенно порадовало наличие мелочей, таких как яйцеварка и подробная инструкция по дому — видно, что хозяин действительно заботится о гостях. Рекомендую с уверенностью и с удовольствием вернусь снова!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung von der man abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Beachbars liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Pluspunkt ist der zur Wohnung gehörende und auf dem Grundstück liegende Parkplatz. Wir können das stilvoll eingerichtete Beachhouse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Morningstar is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location could not be better. It is right across the canal from The Ann Frank house. There are many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts have thought of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone!
