Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. Our house, built in 1680, is on the Prinsengracht. The apartment is in the basement of the house with its own front door. With a love for antique details, we made it a comfortable place to stay. Situated in the centre of the city of Amsterdam you can reach the musea and restaurants within a ten-minute walk.
