Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Holland

We had a great time in the cottage in Schoorl! It is exactly big enough for two people and really everything is present. We also liked the outdoor area very much, in the evening there is exactly sun under the canopy so we could eat there nicely.

The place is really very cozy and inviting. Due to the existing Rituals products, the house also smelled very good. I can only report good things about the immediate surroundings. It is nice, quiet and idyllic, yet you can get to Zandvoort or Amsterdam within a good 20 minutes by car. Ruud gave us really helpful tips on this. In addition, we were personally accompanied by him from the parking lot to the accommodation, which makes you feel immediately positive. We really enjoyed our time here. :)

Very nice, beautiful and spacious stay. Nice and spacious living room, wonderful beds in the bedrooms and everything you need is present! Pine and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The cottage is a fifteen-minute drive from Bergen city center and less than half an hour from the beautiful beach. Nice to visit! Furthermore, you can relax at the cottage.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

We had a great time staying at this place. A beautifully furnished and cozy apartment right in the center of Alkmaar, in a backyard where the cat greets you every morning. Everything has been thought of and Vincent and Grace are very courteous and helpful. I recommend this place!

We had a great time staying at Yvonne's studio. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and was in an ideal location for the station and walking into the town centre. The surrounding areas very quiet and the supermarket is very close by too. Yvonne was friendly and welcoming and gave us good advice about where to go and what to do. She is a great host and we enjoyed staying there and would happily to so again.

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

Wle spent 4 nights in very clean, cozy apartment, in peaceful canal area. Away from all the noise and traffic but still very walkable. good restaurants nearby. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Great communication. Big bed very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

We really like the accommodation for its location in relation to the country's landmarks. The hosts always very friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Although the room is inside their house we never lacked privacy and we had everything we needed inside the room :)
