The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
