The property was newly built in 2023 and offers everything your heart desires. The apartment was furnished with natural materials and can accommodate 7 people

Vogelweiderheim - Vacation home

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Strumpflunerhof, where you will find peace and quiet

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a little luck, you can also watch a wild animal, such as a stag or a doe. For your lunch or dinner you can get fresh herbs from the herb garden and fresh milk and eggs from our chickens. We also have fresh milk and eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The South Tyrol Pass is free.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die 60 m² große Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Stadtzentrum des Künstlerstädtchens Klausen entfernt sowie direkt am Radweg. Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

Questo appartameno ha una stanza da letto (letto matrimoniale, letto singolo + culla neonato), cucina con divano-letto (senza lavastoviglie), Tv, grande balcone al sud...nel bagno ce anche una piccola lavatrice....Ideale per la coppia con bambini piccoli :)

It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Our apartment is centrally located, but surrounded by nature, in a former farmhouse, the Glunhof: in spring, summer and autumn an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, for example, to the nearby Dolomites, in winter a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts; the famous Val Gardena, for example, is in the immediate vicinity. The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.
